The ASF is composed of the securities related organizations in the Asia-Oceania region which have fair-sized securities markets.
Each member shall be represented by the head or heads (or other senior executives) of a securities-related self-regulatory organization and/or trade association.
Admission to the ASF requires the consent of the majority of all members.
